    The hotel charged us extra for everything, including breakfast, misleading because it was advertised as complimentary. The room lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine, unacceptable for a five-star hotel. I was also put off by the requirement to show a marriage certificate to access our room, this felt invasive and unnecessary.

    Stunning, unbeatable location in the downtown area. Only 15 minutes on foot from Casa Port railway station. Had double room with slippers, nice bathroom plus the 5th largest in the world.

    The outdated hotel screams for a facelift!!! Rooms lack basic amenities like a stocked mini-bar or a coffee machine!!! Seriously, who designs bathrooms without a sink near the toilet? A bit more privacy would go a long way!!!

    The staff was the very best part of this hotel and I HIGHLY recommend it - it was my birthday and they spoiled myself and my friend incredibly! Both at midnight in the bar + on my actual birthday with a delicious cake and presents for both of us. Everyone was really friendly and helpful - a big genuine thank you!

    The spacious suite offered magnificent views and included comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. Unfortunately, there were service issues at check-in regarding breakfast inclusion, and upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the experience. The location was convenient for exploring both the old and new city. The airport transfer was a bit of a hassle.

    Excellent place with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with heavy baggage. I highly recommend it and definitely plan to return for a holiday.

    Location really close to the center of the city and near the old city, Ricks cafe and cemetery that dates back to the 19th century. Incredibly attentive staff throughout.
